Here ALL parts, sides, and layers of you are invited into the therapeutic space where you will find affirming care, support, and  unconditional positive regard. Whether you are newly exploring your queerness, struggling with systemic/cultural/social/familial pressures and/or barriers related to your identity, or just needing a place to safely process and explore feelings, I would love to work with you!

03.

If you are currently struggling with uncertainty, doubt, or discouragement about who and/or where you are in life, feeling generally unfulfilled/stuck/dissatisfied, or having a "crisis" of identity (at any age or stage of life) this one might be for you! Identity exploration is about getting to know yourself on a deeper level through deconstructing & challenging old, unhelpful thoughts/values/beliefs, about yourself & your life, and replacing them, with new ones more aligned with your goals and desires.

04.

Relationships can be incredibly complex. And many times throughout our lives (well before we are able to truly comprehend, imagine, or explore for ourselves); we are taught what relationships are "supposed" to look like. And we frequently compare ourselves to these pre-established ideas, models, and structures that may or may not fit our needs, desires, or styles.  Relational re-imagining is all about exploring, expanding, and redefining what possibilities can exist within various types of relationships; when we are open to thinking outside the box and designing our own relational templates.

05.

Our lives are filled with ongoing internal and external stressors, constant change, and unpredictability that fall well outside of our control. We all struggle with navigating stressful life circumstances from time to time. But for those who are dealing with constant ongoing, high level, and pervasive anxiety; the struggle to do daily life can feel overwhelming and impossible. Anxiety can quickly become out of control and debilitating for many. Together we can get curious about and better understand your specific triggers, patterns, and anxious manifestations. We will be creating a system for soothing, coping, and de-escalating symptoms; while over time, addressing underlying barriers and needs to establish a healthier relationship with your anxiety.
